1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms form a legal agreement between you and DNA Learning Centre ("DNA Learning", "we", "us"). By accessing or using the service, you confirm that you accept these Terms and agree to comply with them. We may update these Terms from time to time, and your continued use means you accept the updated Terms.

2. Eligibility & Your Account

The service is intended for students enrolled with, or associated with, DNA Learning Centre.

• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
• You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
• You are responsible for all activity that happens under your account.
• Accounts are personal to you and must not be shared with others.
• If you are under 18, you should use the service with the involvement of a parent or guardian.

3. Use of the Service

DNA Learning provides educational content including live classes, video lectures, study materials, question banks, practice tests and related learning tools. You are granted a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-commercial licence to use this content solely for your own learning.

4. Access to Content

Access to certain content and features is provided at the discretion of DNA Learning Centre to its enrolled students. Some content is openly available to all students, while other content is unlocked by DNA Learning Centre for its enrolled students. Access is granted and managed by DNA Learning Centre and may be enabled, limited, or withdrawn at any time. To request access, please contact your teacher or the centre.

5. Content & Intellectual Property

All content in the service — including videos, notes, documents, questions, images, branding and software — is the property of DNA Learning Centre or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other laws. You agree that you will NOT:

• Copy, download (except where a feature explicitly allows it), record, screen-capture, or redistribute any content.
• Share, resell, publish, or make content available to anyone outside the service.
• Reverse-engineer, modify, or create derivative works from the service or its content.

Unauthorised use or distribution of our content may result in suspension of your account and legal action.

6. Live Classes

Live classes are conducted through integrated video conferencing. By joining a class you agree to behave respectfully towards teachers and other students, not to record, capture, or rebroadcast a session without explicit permission, and not to share class links or join details with non-enrolled persons.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the service to:

• Upload or share unlawful, harmful, abusive, or infringing material.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the service, other accounts, or our systems.
• Interfere with, disrupt, or overload the service.
• Use automated tools to scrape or harvest content or data.

8. Disclaimer

The service and its educational content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis for learning purposes. While we strive for quality and accuracy, we do not guarantee any specific academic result, exam score, or outcome. Use of the content is at your own discretion and responsibility.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DNA Learning Centre shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the service. Our total liability for any claim shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

10. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, misuse the service, or share protected content. You may stop using the service and request deletion of your account at any time from Settings. On termination, your right to use the service and its content ends immediately.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to our services or for legal reasons. We will update the "Last updated" date when we do. Your continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kozhikode (Calicut), Kerala, India.
